Our Story

Commercial Construction, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Tom D’Lauro and is based in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. The company serves the greater Philadelphia area, specializing in commercial tenant fit-outs, healthcare facilities, and complex renovation projects.

From small office remodels to hospital build-outs, every project is handled with the same hands-on approach and attention to detail that has defined the company from the start.

Founder and President Thomas J. D’Lauro brings more than 35 years of construction experience to every project. His leadership style is simple: be present, be accountable, and never cut corners. That mindset is why much of the company’s work comes from repeat clients and referrals.
